Cupcake & Delicate Dessert Items Shipping Only:

All Cupcake & Dessert Gifts are shipped using Insulated shipping method. Our packaging is designed to ensure your cupcakes arrive at their destination looking exactly as they are presented both at our storefront and online. Each of our products is freshly baked, frosted, fully decorated and flash frozen for optimal shipping results. We ship our cupcakes & desserts with dry ice to keep them frozen along their journey.

A special shipping and handling charge applies to all shipped cupcake & desserts orders. Cupcake & Delicate Desserts purchases are shipped by common couriers 2-Day. Although your destination may occur in a one-day delivery zone, we will only guarantee 2-Day arrival. Please make cupcake purchases with a 2-day allowance for shipping time to ensure your package arrives on or before your desired date.

**The expected arrival day is the latest that you should expect your shipment to arrive. The shipment is guaranteed by the common couriers we provide to arrive by the end of the expected arrival day listed above. Some shipments will arrive sooner due to their proximity near our location or the ease of delivery at the destination. We ship our packages with "No Signature Required" which allows the driver to leave the package at the destination. If you wish to require a signature for release of package, please notify us and we will mark the package signature required. However, requiring a signature releases Dulcet Gift Baskets from any liability or responsibility should the shipment be kept by the shipping courier for redelivery past 2 days. It is best to send the cupcakes to an address where you know that someone is available to receive the package when it arrives. Work addresses usually receive packages sooner in the day than residential addresses.

These Products can only be shipped in the continental U.S. and cannot be shipped to PO / APO / FPO Boxes or Hawaii & Alaska.

We will provide a tracking number from the shipping courrier to the email address provided on the order form that will provide details of the shipment.

Refund Policy: Once your cupcakes leave our facility, they are at the mercy of our carrier. We make every effort to protect your cupcakes from damage during shipping. Any damage that is incurred during shipping must be reported immediately upon receipt.

Shipping refunds may not be given for shipping delays caused by inclement weather, package refusal, and/or incomplete or incorrect delivery address.
